I vaguely remember it then, but I believe the exterior was trashed and the interior was OK. The roles have now reversed. Although flooring is the main need here, please don't think that's all the house will require. There's a 5th room that appears to have been the dart room, the yard is large and fenced, there's a decent deck off the kitchen that needs some stain, and the flooring in the dart room and kitchen is a decent laminate. If you don't mind some cosmetic fix-up I'd check this one out. The main level has wood floors and the basement's 3rd bedroom is kind of a bedroom-in-a-bedroom, so it kinda has 4 bedrooms. Kinda. It's been a while since we've had one of these Tuscany condos, and they tend to be exceptional deals that sell fast. The occupancy rate seems to have skyrocketed in here as well, which is a good sign. This is a 2nd floor unit that sits above its garage (and the unit below) and features a MASSIVE vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace and an upper half-level loft that has a well-conceived closet, making this one something like a 2 bedroom (similar set-ups get listed as 2 bedrooms all the time).
